■ What's included
A natural wood cutting board carrying the Himalayan Cat's round Renaissance crest on the front, with a short line of English script below it. Finished one piece at a time, it is made to be displayed as much as it is used.
■ Size
Serving surface approx. 15 cm wide × 17 cm deep. Handle approx. 9 cm, for an overall length of around 26 cm. Sizes vary slightly, as each board is made by hand from natural timber.
■ Materials
Natural wood — pine or paulownia. The species, grain and tone differ from board to board depending on the timber.
■ Front and back
Only the front carries the design. The back is left completely plain, so the board stays ready for everyday chopping, slicing and serving. Display one side, use the other.
■ Care
After use, wipe away moisture and residue promptly with a dry cloth and let the board dry fully. Avoid long soaking, dishwashers and direct sunlight, all of which can cause warping or discolouration.
■ Character
Each board is finished by hand, so tone and depth of colour differ slightly between pieces. Together with the knots and grain natural to real wood, these differences are what make every board one of a kind.
