Across the top, "Welcome to the Home of". In the centre, the crest bearing the Galah Parrot and the breed name. And underneath, in smaller letters, "(and some humans)". Read together, the board is quite clear about who the house actually belongs to.

Board approx. 20 cm wide × 30 cm tall. Sizes vary slightly, as each board is made by hand from natural timber.
■ Materials
Paulownia — a wood prized in Japan for being remarkably light and easy to handle. Grain and tone differ from board to board depending on the timber.
■ Where it goes
By the front door, on a shelf, on a shop counter. The easel is included, so nothing needs mounting and nothing needs a nail.
■ Care
Dust gently with a soft dry cloth. Avoid wet cloths, direct sunlight and humidity, all of which can cause warping or discolouration. Best kept indoors.

Each board is finished by hand, so tone and depth of colour differ slightly between pieces. Together with the grain natural to real wood, these differences are what make every board one of a kind.
